Small families can make it work too. There is a multipurpose room that you could use for an office, kid room, second bedroom, or yoga room. Pack n Play, high chair, and car seats are available. This suite is in our primary residence on our lower level (Daylight basement). We live above the space with our preschool aged children. We have a small flock of free range hens which you may hear clucking or see foraging on our tiny farm. We also just rescued a baby kitten (Mango), he is upstairs with us, but you may hear it prancing up and down the hallway. Our hosting philosophy is simple; treat our guests the we way we'd wan to be treated. So, you can relax knowing we've prepared a clean, comfy space for your stay and that we're available to make sure you have an *excellent* guest experience. Guest access Access is to the terrace level suite and patio adjacent. You are welcome to enjoy the front yard. We are here to make sure your stay is easy and comfortable, so please contact us if you need anything!- otherwise we'll respect your space by staying in ours. Other things to note The studio is on the lower level of our house built in 1972. We live above, and while we have added sound deadening insulation, you may hear footsteps or some other noise from upstairs. We have a white noise machine in the space to help limit any other sounds from upstairs. Since this is our primary residence as well, we do also ask that you are quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 7am.
