Masion Angelique Cozy Studio is one of our eight (8) units. This unit is cozy yet very comfortable for one, located off the Bella Rosa road next to the Johnson Center on the north-west side of St Lucia. We are 5 min walk from the award winning 5 Gold Anchor Rodney Bay Marina and 5 min drive from Darren Sammy Cricket Ground. There are variety of activities within close proximity from restaurants, bars, spas, duty free shops, banks, island tours, beaches & golf, in a quiet tranquility location. The space Maison Angelique is a fenced and gated property with 24 hour surveillance. Each Apartment is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities you would require for comfort from games to mosquito window screens as well as its own laundry and patio area for the sole use of its occupants. The only shared area is parking. Please take a look among the photos there is a picture of a map that shows the location of the property in relation to the beaches, night life, restaurants, duty free shopping and other services within walking distance of Maison Angelique. So come and enjoy the island and rest your head in total comfort. (Note: it is common to see insects, bugs, butterflies etc. in general on any tropical island especially due to our close proximity to the bay and ocean and we do take precaution with our monthly treatment of the property to prevent the inconvenience but on occasion the outside may make its way inside. The island has ants, mosquitos, lizards, butterflies, flies etc. so we encourage all our guest to keep doors close especially at nights. Guest access You will have full and sole access to your Apartment and its verandas in addition to Free parking on premisses. Outside use of ground furniture. External washtubs and clothes lines. Other things to note Maison Angelique Cozy Studio is just that a cozy studio. It includes television, cable and Wi-Fi service, DVD player, closet, air condition. You will only be minutes away from beautiful beaches, restaurants, duty free shopping, banks, water activities at the marina and beach with snorkeling possibilities as well as an 18-hole golf course in Cap Estate. We are equipped with an 11000 gallon water tank for constant supply of water as well as equipped with solar panels for constant supply of hot water. Special Maid service available upon request for additional fees. Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm On site parking available. Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk. VILLAS ARE FOR STRICKLY RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES ONLY. So bearing this in mind come and have a great time. We do ask our guest to bear in mind Saint Lucia’s electricity is generated from fossil fuel and we here at Maison Angelique are Eco-friendly and kindly ask all our guest to use the services to their convenience and switch off when not in use especially the air conditions units. We ask our guest to exercise due respect and consideration towards other guest, visitors and employees on the compound. Ensure all doors are locked when you go out for your safety. If something gets broken or damaged, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair. We do not encourage casual acquaints be brought to Maison Angelique Villas, as attention from strangers is sometimes motivated by opportunism and may lead to crime, and the safety of our guest is our highest priority. If you have friends in Saint Lucia, whom you would like to invite over, please let us know in advance and we are happy to facilitate. Please be reminded that children need to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. We ask all our guests to comply with common sewage and garbage disposal procedures of the compound. It would be helpful if you have (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) on your phone so you can contact us from the airport via wifi. In the event you are running late for any reason please notify us immediately so that we can reschedule to welcome you and give you access to the villa.
