Please note: CHECK IN is after 2pm on day of arrival and CHECK OUT is by 10am on day of departure. Please note: HOUSEKEEPING - We require the house to be left in a clean and tidy state including the BBQ. An additional cleaning or damage fee will be charged after check out if terms and conditions are not met. A fee will be deducted from the bond if excessive cleaning is required. Please note: RENTAL CONDITIONS - We do not accept bookings for end of school celebrations, bucks parties, end of season trips, or party venue. Strict noise regulations will be enforced in accordance with the EPA regulations of Victoria (after 10pm Sunday - Thursday and 11pm Friday - Saturday. Please note: PETS - Pets are welcome however, there is no fenced off yard on the property. There is a secure deck space with shelter from the sun/rain where pets can be safely kept while you are out enjoying all that Phillip Island has to offer.
