It is far from the hustle and bustle of busy tourist areas, but in the town you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Close to beautiful beaches in Guanacaste such as El Coco, Hermosa, Panamá, Calzón de Pobre, La Penca, Buena, among others. Leave the routine! You can also work from here. The space Private and secure property, has a room with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and desk to work. One full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, interior space with TV. In the outdoor area we have tables and seats where you can enjoy meals with fresh air. We have some neighbors who are very friendly and trustworthy. They help us clean and take care of the property from any strange event. Guest access Just 2km away you can find the beautiful park in La Libertad area and small shops where you can buy basic food. Also 5 minutes away is the town of Sardinal, where you can find bigger shops such as restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and others. The closest beach is 15 minutes away, Playas del Coco, which is surrounded by a busy town where you can also find many stores such as Automercado, Banks, Bars, Restaurants with great culinary diversity, shops, souvenirs and more. You can also visit other beaches like Hermosa, Panama, Buena. And if you have a 4x4, the beaches of Calzón de Pobre and La Penca are unmissable. Other things to note We do not have hot water in the shower since we are in a hot climate area and the water is cool. We do not offer a washer or dryer for short stay guests. For guests staying 2 weeks or more, you can check the cost and conditions with the host. You can also find laundries in the town of Playas del Coco. Take into account that it is possible to hear and see domestic animals such as dogs, cats, chickens, roosters, rabbits, as well as some harmless insects, which are very common in any part of Costa Rica as it is a tropical country. Please DO NOT feed any animals inside the property as this becomes a problem for us. If you want to do it, we appreciate leaving the food outside.
