Our modern A-frame cabin sleeps 7, with 2bd/2ba (plus loft), and offers a cozy retreat for your mountain adventure. Relax under the stars next to the crackle of the outdoor firepit by night, and explore nearby Stone Mountain State Park and local wineries by day. The space This beautifully remodeled A Frame is expertly designed with a modern feel and amenities yet with rustic touches common in the area. We sourced local woodworkers for our customer cabinets, walnut countertops, and furniture accents. Two living rooms, a quiet sleeping porch, a main bedroom with private ensuite, and an upper loft with room for kids & adults alike means there is plenty of space for all to spread out while enjoying each others company. A covered front patio under the 'A' and 2 additional decks make dining or having a cocktail alfresco a breeze any time of year. This cabin remodel has truly been a labor of love & we have put our hearts and souls into its remodel-we can't wait to share it with you! Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. You will get a unique door code a couple days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Children: While our cabin is generally kid friendly, our spiral staircases are not. Please do not allow children to play on the stairs or railings; adults should be present with children in the upper loft area at all times. Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin. Weather: We do not offer refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. Critters: We subscribe to monthly pest control, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including the occasional bears. They are not seen in the area often but please practice bear safety by not leaving trash outside or in your vehicle. Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We can offer early check in or late check out on request and based on our cleaning crew's availability. Guest access We have a gravel driveway with parking for 3 cars as well as a covered carport for one car. Please take care to drive slowly down our Drive, as our neighbors have kids & pets! During winter 4wd or AWD may be necessary as we do get snow sometimes! Other things to note The fire pit area is on our property line but the pond is not-please do not hike or climb down to this area. Please make sure the fire is extinguished fully before heading back up to the cabin.
