The property is a lovely spot for family and friends to relax, unwind and enjoy the local area. We love visiting Lymington and our light and spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house. It is located on a quiet lane, in walking distance of Lymington High Street. The property has a kitchen/diner, large living room, conservatory and a walled garden. The location is perfect for trips to the beach, New Forest and the Isle of Wight. There is parking for two cars by the house and additional parking nearby. The space We have furnished the property in a relaxed and comfy style suitable for a holiday home near to the sea. We have tired to ensure that the house feels homely and incorporates everything we think is essential when away on vacation. There is a Nespresso coffee machine (original pods) which is essential for that first cup of coffee in the morning as well as a Dualit kettle and 4-slice toaster for those long leisurely breakfasts. The fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven are all new and there is a 4-ring gas hob for cooking, whether a full English breakfast, a pasta supper or a Sunday roast. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and links to the dinning area with a table that seats 8. The spacious living room has a Sony TV, gas fire and plenty of comfy seating for watching telly or playing games. The conservatory overlooks the private walled garden and is warm and bright, whatever time of the year, as it faces south and has radiators. The garden is laid to stone and surrounded by mature trees and bushes and there is a table and chairs for 8 and a Weber BBQ for those sunny days and evenings. All the beds have White Company bed linen and each guest will be provided with 2 fluffy white towels. In the bathrooms there is hand wash and hand and body cream from The White Company, Pantene shampoo and conditioner and Dove shower gel. The house is designed to host up to 8 guests, although we tend to leave the smallest bedroom set up as a single bed as shown in the photos. PLEASE NOTE A trundle bed in bedroom 3 can be set up in 3 different arrangements to accommodate different sleeping arrangements: SINGLE BED - sleeps 1 (usually set up like this) 2 SINGLE BEDS - sleeps 2 (this is a small bedroom and this set up would be ideal for children) SUPER KING DOUBLE BED - sleeps 2 (this makes a great large bed but almost completely takes up the room. We set up the room like this if there are 8 adults staying at the house) Guest access Guests have complete and sole access to the house and garden. Other things to note BEDS AND BEDROOM CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1 - KING SIZE BED - Master bedroom with en-suite - First Floor Bedroom 2 - KING SIZE BED - First floor next to the bathroom Bedroom 3 - SINGLE BED WITH TRUNDLE BED WITH OPTIONS TO MAKE UP AS 2 SINGLE BEDS OR A SUPER KING BED - First floor - Shower room on the ground floor (The beds are very comfortable but please note this is a small bedroom and when set up with 2 beds the space is limited) Bedroom 4 - 2 SINGLE BEDS - Second floor with en-suite - THERE IS AN OPTION TO PUT THE 2 SINGLE BEDS TOGETHER TO MAKE A SUPER KING BED (although a large room when set up as a super king bed access around the base of the bed is quite tight. THERE IS ALSO AND OPTION TO SET UP THE TRUNDLE BED IN THIS ROOM WITH 3 SINGLE BEDS IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE THE WAY THE BEDS SET UP PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR BOOKING
