We are 18 minutes to SLC International Airport. Private/keyless entry. Free/easy parking for one car on right side of driveway. The space Beautifully finished with large, oversized windows and lots of light. Spacious, thoughtfully decorated basement apartment. Super clean & fresh, yet cozy & comfortable with all the extras and none of the old leftovers you sometimes find in Airbnb homes. Easily accommodates 1-4 people. The apartment has all the amenities you could hope for to be sure your stay is a pleasant one! Main bedroom has a new King-sized bed, high quality bedding and pillows, a dresser, nightstand, reading lamp and direct bathroom access. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with very comfortable, high-end mattress. Both rooms have mirrors to give “get ready” spaces . The well stocked kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator with built in ice-maker, microwave, drip coffee maker, Range/oven, toaster, plates, mugs, glasses, bowls and silverware and dishwasher. Pans, roaster, blender, mixer and accessories are all there. Snacks, coffee & tea cups are provided. The living area is spacious & relaxing- perfect for work, playing games, watching movies & great conversation! . There is a desk and chair available for work when needed. A 55” TV allows comfortable viewing from the couch or throughout the great room. It is a smart TV with many cable channels and includes Amazon Prime (you are welcome to watch any free content), Hulu, Netflix, YouTube or other content. High speed WIFI. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination with toiletries & hair dryer provided. We provide adequate toilet paper and toiletries for your visit. You are welcome to share in our enchanting yard as well as enjoy a secluded patio with table area that is specifically for our guests to relax in privacy. There is a fire pit with chairs you are welcome to enjoy. If you watch, you will often see deer, hawks and an occasional fox in the open space adjacent to our yard. We feed the birds so you will enjoy seeing many varieties if you are interested. A new washer & dryer, laundry & ironing supplies are provided. Clocks and chargers are provided in each room. If a previous guest has requested anything that wasn't there, we have provided it for future guests. We have made every effort to make sure you have everything you would have in your own home. Guest access You have the entire basement to yourself with private entrance. You will have access to the beautiful yard, table and barbecue. Please be aware that you will need to be able to go up and down a stone stairway to access the space. If these uneven stairs will be difficult to navigate this may not be the best option for your rental. Guest access Guests will have access to the guest suite (basement) around the back side of the house with their unique door code. You will need to walk down a stone pathway with uneven stone stairs. Photos of walkway are shown in the listing. You will have private use of the patio. There is a gate to the open space and walking trails out the back gate that you are welcome to enjoy. Other things to note Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. You will enjoy the quiet and we ask you to respect our neighborhood quiet time of 10 pm outside. We have provided a secured shed for guest to lock skis, boots and bikes or large items. Just let us know if you plan to use it and we will provide you a unique lock code.
