Room is for ONE person unless an additional person is added to the booking. I am not located in PA, I'm in NJ. Philadelphia is about 30mins away by car without traffic so if you want to be closer please book a room in PA. The Lindenwold Patco Speedline is about 10 blocks away and is about 30 minutes to Market St. Philadelphia. No pets allowed During your stay Very minimum interaction so you can enjoy your privacy. if you are a drug addict or alcoholic, DO NOT book my room and bring that stuff in my home! Thank you! Other things to note Parking in back of house near the steps so you do not block other vehicles please.
