Noise complaints will be subject to a $750 fine plus noise disturbance penalties. The home can accommodate up to 10 people (with 2 rollout twin beds) but would recommend parties of 8 or less. Loud vehicles are strictly prohibited. There’s a limit of 2 vehicles allowed and up to 4 with approval. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do.
