The space Our 1935 cottage is a 1472 sq ft open concept and completely remodeled home featuring shiplap walls and beautiful hardwood flooring. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of cabinets stocked with dinnerware, cookware and small appliances. Our 3 bedrooms are decked out with DreamCloud mattresses, luxury linens and 32” flat screen Roku televisions. Other things to note: -Three luxury bedrooms- 2 Kings and 1 Queen with an en suite bath - Two full baths with extra plush towels -Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, air fryer, rice cooker,blender, toaster, crockpot, electric skillet, hand mixer and other essentials. -Board games and cards -Extra pillows (4 per bed) -Dining space for 6 -Bar seating for 3 at the kitchen counter -Gas grill -Propane fire pit -Furnished deck and front porch with party lights Guest access Our cottage has a large backyard with a deck featuring a propane grill, propane fire pit and party lights. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the spacious front porch. Our porch is also a great place to enjoy an evening cocktail under the twinkle of the string lights. Other things to note Check-in: We offer contactless self-check in Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured home with exception of the locked front bedroom closet, master closet and pantry in the laundry room. Guests may use all appliances, kitchen supplies and amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room with enough supplies to get you started on your trip. We do not provide an excess of supplies. Guests are responsible for purchasing items if they run out during their stay. **Covid-19 Cleaning Procedures: To ensure the safety of our guests, we follow the CDC and EPA guidelines to effectively clean and disinfect our property after each check-out. Our cleaner uses bleach-based disinfectants, paying special attention to frequently touched surfaces.
