Fold out green chairs x 4 Adirondack chairs Lounge chairs with umbrella This tiny unique guest glamping cabin is located on Canyon Creek, just a few easy steps away from your cabin door. I made a path just to the right of your fire pit to walk to the creek. Please be sure to bring some river shoes or old sneakers with you because the rocks can be very slippery. Some of the rocks along the creek may not be stable, so make sure that you're taking your time navigating and exploring the creek bank & creek. I want to make you aware of the potential dangers of the canyon creek & bank that skirts along my property before you should decide to stay here. Please know that if you should decide to stay here that I am not responsible if you or your party should slip, fall, drown or get injured while navigating the canyon creek & it’s rocky banks in front of my property and or anywhere here on my property while during your stay. In the fall & winter months, this creek rises up & rages. If you enjoy a nice close panoramic view, this is the place for you! I love watching the Creek rage in the winter months & logs flying down the creek. The creek is just shy of being called a river in regard to length. There is lots of wildlife to see along the creek. Occasionally, you will see a couple deer wander through, an eagle flying down the creek or ducks swimming by and all sorts of birds. I also suggest that if you plan on bringing children that you please keep a close eye on them at all times because the creek can be swift at different parts of the seasons. Also, please watch them around the fire pit, the hot tub area. I have a TV for watching dvd movies only and some movies for all ages. The nice thing is even if it rains, you are so close to the creek and fire pit that you can still build a nice fire and enjoy the views from your safe covered deck or from your cabin windows while playing cards and sipping your favorite beverages. Your Hostess Tina lives on the property in the tall A Frame house located next to your cabin & is available if needed most of the time. I have fold out chairs that are pretty comfy and easy to take over to the fire pit area or to the creek. The hot tub is yours to use for your time of stay as well as the outhouse. No one else will be using this but your family or guests that are staying in your group at the cabin. Everything is sanitized, cleaned & disinfected using Clorox wipes & extra measures are being taken to ensure your safety is my first concern. Your host Tina has been vaccinated as well. Before your stay, the cabin is thoroughly deep cleaned & wiped down. Your bedding linens & blankets & towels are washed clean & safe to use. Your cabin also has a sink with hot & cold water & hand soap & I supply hand sanitizer as well if needed for your stay. Body wipes are under the sink cabinet if needed. A first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire alarm, free fast Wi-Fi, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, oil, salt & pepper, forks and knives, plates, cups & bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses are safe for hot tub use or for taking down to the creek. Lounge chairs next to the hot tub facing the river & fire pit, some wooden Adirondack chairs if you prefer that over the fold out green chairs. A propane BBQ. Metal sticks are inside for your use for smores or roasting hot dogs. The cabin has a mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, hot & cold fresh filter water dispenser. I have coffee pods for your night of stay & or instant coffee, tea, cocoa, water in the dispenser, & 2 small ice trays in the freezer & extra blankets for sitting out on the porch at night. You can hear and see the creek flowing by from your cabin window while sitting at the kitchen table or while in your bed. The fire pit is viewable from both your hot tub & your cabin window and your covered back deck. I have some firewood for your night's stay. If you're a bit of a pyro like me, you may want to pick up some extra wood before you head out. You are also welcome to grab whatever sticks & wood you find along the creek bank areas. Our local grocery store IGA has wood for sale, and also, as you're heading out on the Mountain Loop Hwy, there are private firewood suppliers that are open during the day selling wood too for cash only. There is a designated free parking space very close to your private tiny guest glamping cabin and viewable from your front door window of your cabin. Most of the time it is very quiet where the Knotty guest cabin is located, but once in a while you will hear someone from way far away target practicing for hunting season or maybe shooting at coyote that is going after there chickens at night to scare it off. I just want you to be aware if you heard it, not to be afraid. I feel transparency is a good thing and if you're not wanting to be around or hear that on your stay, I would suggest maybe looking at another glamping spot not to say that would happen during your stay but I just want you to be aware of it. You are absolutely safe here. I have two gates as you pull in for added security and safety. After entering the first gate, you will need to push open the second gate to get to your parking area & cabin. You'll see the signs for guest parking in front of the Knotty Glamping Guest Cabin. My mother also lives on the end of the property in the blue little house as you start to pull into the driveway. You may see her wander over from her tiny blue home to visit Tina in the A frame cabin while on your stay, if you want to say hello or wave feel free otherwise, we will leave you alone and let you have your privacy and space unless you let your hostess Tina know otherwise, that you would like to be greeted upon arrival. Four float tubes will be filled up & ready for you to use during your stay here on the premises during the summer months. It’s nice to tie off to a rock or tree and sit in the small flowing rapids & feel the water massage your legs and back while taking a cat nap. The float tubes have two cup holders for beverages. : ) This property has been owned by my family since the 60’s. This is an absolutely beautiful location located on Canyon Creek. It is panoramic looking left to right from both your cabin window, covered deck, and also from your hot tub & fire pit as well. It’s a very romantic, relaxing place as well as tranquil and peaceful. There are neighbors' way across the creek that you may see in the fall season & winter season as the leaves begin to fall. I hope you decided to come stay at my guest cabin, and if you do and you like it, please leave me a good review. After losing my job because of the pandemic, I had a vision, a dream to be my own boss, and step outside of the 9 to 5 box that I was in for over 30 plus years. I am excited to see how this turns out, and I hope you enjoy my place as much as I do. I hope this little glamping place on the creek will make some great memories for you and your family, friends & loved ones and help to relax from the world's tensions. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries. I promise to have a quick response time as soon as I get notice from Airbnb. Check-in is at 3:00 pm so you can enjoy it longer and check out at 11:00 am so you can sleep in. Please ensure to be packed up by 11:00 am on your day of check out so your Hostess Tina has enough time to clean and sanitize for the next guest arrival to ensure everyone's safety. If you are staying longer than three days and would like new linens, towels, coffee, etc., please contact your hostess. Guest access Knotty Glamping Cabin Guest have full access to the entire Knotty Glamping Guest Cabin, private hot tub, private clean sanitized porta potty, outdoor dining area, covered back deck and private yard area & around it as well as easy private easy access to the creek & private beach access directly behind the cabin just a few easy steps away from the cabin back covered deck. Go enjoy morning coffee or cocoa in the comfy chairs by the creek if you would like. There is a path to the right of the rock fire pit. Please be slow navigating around. Other things to note As the seasons change & the leaves fall, with it comes colder weather, rain, and then snow. As the seasons change, as does the creek & the ground around here being so close to the creek. It gets Smooshie, slippery & and soggy, so plan accordingly when packing for your trip here in this area. My pictures were taken in July & Aug when the creek is lower. I strongly suggest that if you have children to please keep a close eye on them at all times. Be careful taking selfies near the creek bank as it can be very swift and raging at times! It's a beautiful, powerful display of nature. One question I always get asked is, does it flood here? Answer = No, it floods on the other side of the creek. If you look way across the creek and see the bank erosion. Planting Emerald Green fast growing trees from Costco about 5 feet back would really help to prevent this from occurring by their roots holding the ground together. :) hopefully my neighbors see this so they can save their land. In the winter, it is absolutely amazing to watch such a force of nature ripping by logs & all. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy the view from the safety & comfort of your cover back deck or inside your warm, cozy cabin. I've lived here for over 24 years in the A frame, year-round. It's a safe, beautiful place to live. I wouldn't change it for the world. I now have my office window I'd been wanting. : )
