No pets on premises No smoking on premises POND RULES... pond is twenty feet deep at the deepest end and inches deep to appr. 4 feet deep at the shallow/wading end, marked by safety rope. There is no lifeguard on duty so please take safety precautions, at all times, and stay watchful of children and each other. Water safety is our #1 priority. Thank you so much! No one under 18 should be inside the fenced-in pond area without a parent. Please, do not swim alone. Children should wear life vests at all times in the water. Children who cannot swim, should wear life vests at all times, within 3 feet of water's edge. Life jackets are highly recommended on the deep side of the safety rope and pier if under the age of 18 (in boat, float or water). Swim at your own risk. No fishing in shallow/wading area (west side of pier). Please rinse off sand as best you can before entering house. If you have extra guests (not overnight), we ask for consideration of excessive foot traffic entering house from outside activities. Please be mindful of this. Suitable for a large family or multiple small families to gather. There are plenty of sofa/recliner options for overflow. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Pole barn (26'x52') with veranda (16'x26'). Extra tables and chairs for family/group gatherings of 20+ people. Limit 40. Pond is hidden from road traffic and semi-secluded in a meadow, bordered by cornfields and woods. Tranquil backyard scenery. Firepit stocked with firewood, roasting sticks, pudgy pie irons etc. Sand volleyball court. Basketball hoop. Fishing supplies. Grills with supplies; charcoal and gas. Yard games. Floats and life vests. The main floor is handicap accessible from the ramp on the south side of the house throughout the main floor; with the exception of the main floor bathroom area only because the doorways into the bathroom are too narrow to allow access to a wheelchair. However, there is a sink in the laundry room that is low and accessible to a wheelchair. Most of the doorways in the house are at least 31" wide. The large concrete driveway is great for parking, plenty of turnaround space and can also provide entertainment for kids. Two scooters provided.
