This beach house is very special - tastefully decorated, high ceilings, but still cosy and warm in the winter. Kitted out to a high standard with lots of home comforts. Its just a 10 mins walk from miles of sandy beach at Filey, N. Yorks. There's a pub and a pizzeria just 1 minute's walk away, serving meals and light refreshments throughout the day (seasonal hours in operation). The space Blue Moon Beach House is a New England-style holiday home on an award-winning holiday village near Filey Bay, on the North Yorkshire coast. There is a lovely light and airy feel to the house. The house has its own large deck for al fresco dining in the warmer months, plus a log burner for those cosy winter breaks. We can sleep up to 5 - one kingsize bedroom and one twin room with additional single "guest bed" which can be moved to your location of choice. We only provide bedding for this if you have 5 people on your booking! The amazing living space has a large corner sofa, extendable dining table, window seat and well-equipped kitchen with integrated fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. There's a coffee machine too. Both bedrooms are spacious, with their own ensuite bathroom or shower room and their own deck to the rear of the property. The front deck benefits from a dining table/chairs and a sofa area, perfect for afternoon sun. We leave some beach toys and equipment in the summer months too to make packing easier for our guests. We now own Luna Azul, a 3 bedroom beach house opposite, so we are ideal for larger groups too. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, and a free pass for the onsite pool, sauna, steam room & gym. They are also welcome to use amenities on site including the table tennis table, boules courts, arcade, playground, and can book onto activities organised by the resort management (eg archery or rifle shooting), treatments at The Beauty Room (in the leisure complex), and order meals/drinks/takeaways at the Bayside Kitchen and John Paul Jones pub. Parking at The Bay is all free, and on a first come first served basis although some properties have a dedicated space or two. Blue Moon has a parking bay for 2 cars. Other things to note Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome, please include dogs on your booking. I manage a number of properties at The Bay including some next door or near each other.
