The space The house features 3 bedrooms, dining room with integrated kitchen and semi-covered deck. Outside, there is a 9x4m pool, thatched quincho with barbecue, grill and large wooded park. It has mains light, packaged gas and hot water by heater. Well water of high quality 60m deep according to the lab tests carried out. Refrigerated with air conditioning/ceiling fan in all environments. The park, made up of 10000 m2 has trees, plants and even the grass that was planted and cared for by us since 2006. Among the fauna you will find teros, herons, caranchos, hares, some fox and lizards overos, all tend to flee from people and do not represent any danger. Guest access To get to the house you have to enter through a street called Pasaje El Molino that has tranquil, it must be closed every time it is used to protect the small neighborhood formed by the rooms around. Other things to note The house is located 98 km from the City of Buenos Aires, it is reached in 1h approximately through the west access and route 41 (all highway). From the Route to the house there are 600mts of well-maintained dirt road. The House is located 11 km from Mercedes Mall with access by Route.
