House is truly amazing located inside of the club community, more as "resort". Its is one of the best resorts in Kyrgyzstan for several years in a row, it high maintained and full serviced with amazing amenities. Community area is private with high level security and has access only to the owners of the houses. It has more than 4 of swimming pools, renovated beach areas, water entertainments, tennis court, 10 high level restaurants, coffee shops, clubs, karaoke bar, gym, playgrounds etc. The space Brand new luxury house , it is very spacious.
