The space FULL KITCHEN ACCESS and comfortable FAMILY sized LIVING ROOM with TVs, PRIVATE Bedroom with queen bed ( Sleeps 2 comfortably ) and shared Bathroom in 4-bedrooms 3-bathrooms Home. Sofa bed can be set up and clean sheets and towels provided for every guest. Shampoo, Conditioner , hand soap and body soap provided. Guest access Welcome to stroll around the huge 0.5 acres lot backyard as well as the back garden areas. Quite place which is far away from the freeway noise and wonderful relaxing place with very little traffic on non-busy street. • Keyed lock on room door. Guest have access to whole house except guest occupied rooms. • FAST Wireless internet access at 10 Mbps. for HD streaming movies and TV shows. • Personalized Key code entry to entrance door for security and convenient. • FULL Kitchen access : You are also welcome to use kitchen and is wide open for your use. PLEASE clean up after yourself and you can wash, dry and PUT them AWAY where you found them please~~. • Washer and dryer, soap etc are available for $5 per load. PLEASE leave the money on top of the dryer. During your stay I’m happy to chat and socialize if you would like, but happy to just help out with your stay as needed.
