The space The apartment is in a house set back from the road with a wide driveway that accommodates two cars. The apartment is self contained with a private entrance on the ground level. I have a studio in the house, also on the ground level, with a separate entrance. My husband and I are both artists and live in the house right next door. There are multiple places on the property to sit outside and a small deck for guests. The ground level of the apartment has an entry way, and open plan with kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area and queen size bedroom. The second level has a small bedroom with twin size bed and double futon roll out bed. Guest access The apartment is private and self contained. Guests are welcome to sit outside in any of the areas where seating and tables are provided. Other things to note There is a full kitchen with basic equipment including pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee-maker, blender, microwave etc. Long term guests (28-days or more) often bring there own favorite kitchen items.
