This is a rare find with a prime location in La Palma that's close to the best of everything this place has to offer. It's no wonder this La Palma Vacation Rental is usually booked back to back, months in advance. The space 1. PRIME LOCATION: Minutes away from Disneyland Park, beaches, mountains, aquariums, restaurants, breweries, shopping, ice skating, trampoline park and much more... 2. SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD: This single family home is located in a prestigious neighborhood where the typical home value is $1,000,000 and above... 3. FAMILY FRIENDLY: The backyard features a huge pool, private hot tub, fire pit, bbq grill, sun loungers, and plenty of space and privacy for the whole family to enjoy a fun day in the sun... 4. SLEEP 17: This 2,000 sq ft home offers 4 private bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms... 5. FREE PARKING: Park your vehicles inside the garage or on the drive way... (SEVEN CAR MAXIMUM!) Guest access Anywhere and everywhere on the entire home. Except a few areas that are used for storing supplies. We just ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and local La Palma noise laws. It must be quiet outside between 10 PM and 8 AM. Other things to note Important please read carefully before booking this La Palma vacation home: ----- IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BOOK ----- Before you book, please know that this is NOT a party home. Please be aware this home is in a residential neighborhood in La Palma and excessive noise will not be permitted due to local La Palma noise ordinances. It must be quiet outside between 10PM - 8AM. There is NO smoking in the home and there are smoke and sound level sensors in and around the home to alert management if it gets louder than the legal La Palma noise level limit to prevent upsetting neighbors. Any noise complaints received will result in a $500 fine and if a second noise complaint or the La Palma police is called there will be an immediate eviction without a refund. Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property. If you are here to celebrate a special occasion we'd be more than happy to help you arrange an amazing time at some of the best restaurants, venues, or nightclubs La Palma has to offer since we have relationships with the top VIP hosts of every major hot spot in La Palma if that is what you are looking for. Please do not hesitate to ask if you would like something arranged. ----- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES ----- Check-in time is: 16:00 (4 PM) Check-out time is: 10:00 (10 AM) It may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check out and we'd be happy to accommodate you if possible however sometimes we have other guests arriving or leaving the same day so it's not always possible. The early check-in or late check out fee (if possible is $350) Please let us know after you book if you would like to see if early or late check out is available for your stay. ----- RENTAL AGREEMENT ----- Please note you will need to sign a separate rental agreement and provide a valid copy of a Government issued ID, Passport or Drivers License before being sent the access codes and check-in instructions. We make it easy to sign this electronically and make it easy for you to take a picture with your phone to send a copy of your ID. ----- DAMAGE DEPOSIT ----- Instead of requiring a standard deposit for thousands of dollars and have your funds tied up for several weeks. We've made this process super easy and seamless for you. After you book the home you will be asked to upload a valid copy of a Government issued ID, Passport or Drivers License for verification and screening purposes. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a criminal background, felonies, are a registered sex offender, or have caused unpaid damages/issues with previous stays anywhere or have received serious negative reviews from other stays anywhere, this sophisticated new screening technology will catch it and unfortunately we will not be able to host you at the home. So please save yourself some time and headaches and do not book this home if you feel that you will not pass the verification process. Once the system verifies you we will then purchase a required Damage Protection Plan that we must purchase on your behalf for your stay. Once it's purchased you will then receive a request that makes it super easy to pay for the approved Damage Protection Plan with a few clicks. The fee is $297.50 and it provides coverage up to $1 M USD Dollars (minus a $500 deductible) in the event you or one of your guests negligently (accidentally) causes damage to the home. Your registered family members and guests are also protected under the Damage Protection Plan so make sure everyone is registered after booking so that everyone staying at the home is covered. Please note this is not travel insurance, and the Damage Protection Plan offers no protection (or reimbursement) for trip cancellation and interruption, transportation expenses or lost/stolen baggage. Trip Insurance is a separate add on that we highly recommend and would be more than happy to add it to your reservation, just message us after you book to add this coverage that can save you thousands of dollars for a resonably low fee. HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM: If something accidentally breaks during your stay or you become aware of a loss or incident at the home that occurred during your rental period that may be covered by the Damage Protection Plan, please message us immediately as soon as you become aware of any damage that has happened. Please include detailed photos of the damage, a detailed description of the damage, and a description of what happened that may be subject to coverage under the plan because time is of the essence with these types of Claims. Any Claims for damages must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident or before check-out whichever comes first, in order for it to be eligible for coverage. So it's better to be upfront if something accidentally breaks during your stay so that we can help you submit the claim and save you from having to pay for it out of your own pocket by simply not reporting it. The description provided here is only a broad, general summary of the Damage Protection Plan. The Terms and Conditions of the third party insurance policies that we partner with to provide the Damage Protection Plan will govern the claims adjudication process and all other issues in connection with the Damage Protection Plan, including the additional limitations and exclusions. For additional information on coverage limits and terms specific to any reservation, please contact us after you make your reservation. The Damage Protection Plan is offered by a subsidiary underwriting entity of Assurant, which is a premier provider of specialized insurance products and related services in North America and select worldwide markets. Assurant, is a Fortune 500 company and a member of the S&P 500, and is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol AIZ. Assurant has approximately $30 billion in assets. Please note that both the screening process and the approved Damage Protection Plan must be paid by you (after you receive the request that makes it easy to pay with a few clicks) before our system can release the access codes and check-in instructions. ----- TRAVEL INSURANCE ----- For peace of mind we recommend travel and trip insurance to cover you in case of flight delays, cancellations, liability, health and loss and damage to personal items. ----- NUMBER OF GUESTS ----- The total number of persons allowed in the home at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for at the time of booking. Please be upfront with us, we will take care of you. Otherwise, double extra guest fee will apply if not disclosed before check-in. Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the reservation count, there will be a fee of $100 per guest per night required to be paid for excess guests immediately or (in case of what is considered label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) denied the right to stay in the home altogether without refund. ----- SECURITY CAMERAS ----- The home has outside security cameras for your own security. One facing to the street in front of the home and one in the outside area. There are no cameras inside the home. Please do not tamper or try to disable these cameras because it will result in a $500 fine. ----- PETS ----- Unless specifically mentioned on the listing that the home is per friendly there are no pets allowed due to future guest allergies. pets of any kind are NOT allowed in or on the premises. A pet, or evidence of a pet, found on premises will cause immediate eviction, and the guest’s rent and deposit will be forfeited. If the property does allow pets it must be a small pet under 20 LBS and there will be an additional $175 non refundable pet fee per pet. Please contact us to add any pets to the reservation. ----- MECHANICAL FAILURES ----- No refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, telephone service, water, pool filtration systems, tubs, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. We will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible. ----- SUBSTITUTION ----- Should the vacation home be out of order or deemed substandard prior to your arrival, the Lessor reserves the right to substitute comparable or better accommodations without liability. If comparable accommodations are not available, you may receive a complete refund of the rental. ----- LIABILITY ----- The Lessor does not assume any liability for personal or property loss, damage, or injury during your stay. The management also reserves the right to refuse service or rentals to anyone at their discretion. The guests are liable for their own safety and should have their children supervised by adults at all times, especially when young children are playing around the pool areas and kitchen/grill areas. ----- SPECIAL RATES FOR EVENTS ----- Planning a special event? Reach out as we can help you plan everything and make it super easy for you to simply show up and enjoy that special event. Please note that not all properties can accomodate events and if the property does allow events there will be an additional event fee because there is additional insurance that needs to be purchased on your behalf. Please make sure to let us know before you book the property if you are planning any kind of event so that we can assist you. ----- ADD ON RENTALS/FEES ----- Early Check-in: $350.00 (If Available) Late Check-Out: $350.00 (If Available) Gas BBQ Grill: $97.50 (per stay) + tax Airbed Add Ons: $97.50 (per airbed) + tax Pack n Play: $97.50 (per stay) + tax Highchair: $97.50 (per stay) + tax Pet Fee $175.00 (Per pet if allowed at property) + tax Pool Heating Fee: (If available) There is a $175.00 charge + $97.50 per day to heat the pool + tax.
