Guests will have access to the entire home, though I will be available via the Airbnb app, phone, text, and email if you need anything at all. The home has a dedicated driveway for 2- 3 cars & additional free street parking. We're centrally located in Syracuse and just a few steps away you'll have your pick of wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, parks, groceries and all that CNY has to offer. A 20 minute walk or 10 minute run to the University, depending on your excitement level!! (1 mile) The space The Westcott Waldorf is roughly 1320 sq ft, and has been tastefully renovated & decorated. There are three bedrooms: 2 queen beds, a new Casper king bed, and a blow up mattress if needed. Our home is set up on a hill and is the perfect spot to relax on the porch and rock the afternoon and evening away. *must be 25 & older to book* We have made every effort to not skip over the smallest of details to make your stay as carefree as possible. From the rocking chairs, keyless entry, all linens and accessories you’d need for an easy stay, along with a guestbook that will help you navigate the best places to eat and visit locally. If you are looking to work remotely, we have paid extra to make sure we have a very strong Wifi connection. You can run Netflix and 2 laptops at the same time easily. Multiple desks and areas to work from. Looking for long term stay? The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, cookware, and silverware. Covid has been hard on all of us these past two years. We make sure that our cleaning crew is very thorough after each stay. *pups are welcome, but we ask that you send us a message if you'd like to bring your dog. Unfortunately, no cats. Our house has many stairs and a steep driveway.. please inquire if you may have mobility issues. Early check-in? - We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 3pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. Late Check-out? - No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Other things to note There are security cameras on the exterior of the residence. One on the front porch & another overlooking the driveway. There is also one on the back porch that looks out to the backyard.
