The space This fully renovated Greendale “Original” also provides you with 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom with walk-in shower upstairs and a convenient Powder Room downstairs, as well as the updated kitchen that completes the charm of this historic home. For stays of a week or more we offer a 20% discount, 30% for a month. Guest access Before your arrival, you will receive a door code from your host which will allow you access to the house during your stay. Access the house via the front door conveniently located right next to the driveway. The area is well-lit by street lights and a security light. Other things to note We keep rates low so that more people can enjoy the Guesthouse. 1. If you leave the place a mess, we will charge you an additional cleaning fee. 2. If you break something, we will charge you the replacement cost. 3. If you use a bed not included in your booking, you will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. Need baby gear during your stay?
