This pool is not private one-bedroom. Parking is available within the facilities. The space The property is located in an excellent location. Facing the Sea (across the main street. Road 441, Playa Guaniquilla, Aguada. On each side we have restaurants open for lunch and dinner. There are 5 rooms to rent, all are private and independent. There is a pool that is for guests only. There are areas where to be outside the room, such as patio and green areas. Guest access The property has several places to be either around the pool, green areas, front patio, and across the street is the beach and ocean views. There is no access for the back of the land, that's private property. There are several restaurants "walking distance" and you can walk along the side of the street enjoying the view of the sea. Other things to note **If there is interruption of water or electricity service, there is a water cistern and generator. THE GENERATOR IS FOR EMERGENCIES DURING THE NIGHT HOURS RUNS UP TO 12 HOURS. WE WANT TO ENSURE THEY CAN REST AT NIGHT. **The rooms do not have a kitchen/fridge. The guest usually bring their beach cooler.
