The unit on the adjoining side is an airbnb so that airbnb families can stay together while traveling. This quiet comfortable unit will provide all your comfort needs during your stay. Again, this is an older neighborhood and some residents keep up their properties better than others. There is a train track a block or so away that comes thru periodically. No specific times. Guest access There is a carport behind the building to use for parking for use with this reservation. Your access code to enter the unit will be sent after acceptance of house rules and copies of photo id's. Other things to note We require photo copies of id's to be sent in messenger on the airbnb platform of all adult guests that will be staying once we have accepted your reservation. Also make sure they are listed on the initial reservation. There is absolutely no smoking inside or on the grounds outside of the unit.
