Paul Getty set among massive oaks overlooking a one acre organic farm located just 5 minutes from the historic Village of Arroyo Grande and 12 minutes from downtown SLO. Recently renewed with care to preserve and enhance its historic charm, the Spartan is like an Airstream, only bigger and better! The Spartan is like a tiny house, but vintage and so much more swanky! The space • The Spartan is a stylish, secluded, newly refreshed 1950’s Spartan Imperial Villa is filled with amenities for your enjoyment and relaxation including a fully equipped kitchen; super fast WiFi, Apple TV entertainment system with Netflix and other streaming options; outdoor patio with bbq, propane fire pit, corn hole set and so much more. • The Spartan is clean, vintage and totally unique with its vintage vibe. • The Spartan is renewed and modern in all the right ways. • The Spartan is peaceful, private and beautiful. • Your Spartan stay includes free EV charging. • The Spartan is one of two short term rental experiences at the Wild Hair Farm and is situated approximately 200 feet away from The Studio, but separated by privacy fences. The two spaces really are secluded and separate from one another, but they share a driveway and parking area. Guests have access and freedom to enjoy the whole 2.5 acre property, while respecting the farmers equipment and operations. • There is a designated parking space close to The Spartan. • A shared parking space with an EV Charger is also available. • Plenty of other parking is available as needed. • There is a mild incline driveway to reach The Spartan. • There is 3 step porch to enter The Spartan. Other things to note • The Spartan is built out of aircraft grade aluminum, like an Airstream trailer, which means it’s loud when it rains hard. It makes for a one of a kind adventure! • The Spartan is set in a private and peaceful, semi-rural setting. The Spartan overlooks a one acre organic farm. There are horses on the property next door. It gets dark at night.
