Located in the heart of west Henrico County, this secluded 4000sf European style trendy home features a high tech kitchen with its countless fine utensils and condiments. Parties not allowed. 3 bedrooms and 1 office provide 3 queen beds, 1 twin futon. Master bedroom and bathroom not available since occupied by owner. The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of parking off street, less than 0.5 mile to shopping clusters on Staples Mill Road between Hungary Road and E. Parham Road. The space The house has 4 levels. The basement features a treadmill, a Ping Pong table and a TV entertainment center. The first level features a kitchen, a dining room , a living room with a breakfast nook, a TV/video/audio entertainment center, a meeting room that can serve as additional dining space. The second level features two bedrooms with queen size beds. (The master bedroom is off limit since is used by the owner). The attic floor features a bedroom with a queen size bed. The office has a futon sofa that can lay flat for rest. The deck and the patio have grills, a refrigerator, a fire pit, a hot tub and deck furniture. It is not designed for hosting parties. It's a retreat. All in all, you can call it 4 private bedrooms Guest access It's 18 miles to Richmond International Airport, 10 miles to Great Richmond Convention Center, 60 miles to Charlottesville and Williamsburg. There are plenty of off street parking in shaded front yard. The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of parking off street, less than 0.5 mile to shopping clusters on Staples Mill Road between Hungary Road and E. Parham Road. Other things to note 1. Please let us know 3 days prior to your arrival if you plan to use the hot tub or the swimming pool. There is $150 use fee for the hot tub (in the form of Resort Fee), because we need to get the service contractor to turn on the hot tub and check chemical balance each time. Please open the hot tub cover and air out before jumping in, so that the chlorine smell escapes. Our pool/hot tub workers routinely clean the hot tub/pool on the day before renters arrive, your money is charged to pay them. If you do not inform us in advance, but inform us afterwards, there's no refund. 2. Between May 15 - October 1, 2022, the swimming pool is open for use, the fee is $150 per stay in the form of management fee. 3. There is $100 re-key service fee for the entire house by a third-party vendor if you misplaced/lost the house key. 4. We may drop by unexpectedly during your stay to check for unauthorized number of extra people. We will charge $500 one time fee if we see extra number of people other than stated in the booking having noise party within the property lines via Airbnb. 5. This is family home and a primer residence of the owner. Master bedroom and bathroom are never available. Our home is only available when the owner travels outside the country.
