Located just steps from the water, you’ll have access to a variety of amenities, including an on-site restaurant, rentals, and a bait and tackle shop—everything you need for a relaxing stay is right at your doorstep. The marina is the perfect base for winter adventures, with options to rent kayaks, e-boats, or even schedule a private charter tour along the Quinnipiac River and Long Island Sound. Guest access You will have full access to the entire loft apartment, located through the furthest door on the left at 309 Front St, within the Marina grounds. The loft is accessible via a short flight of stairs, so please note that guests with mobility issues should consider this when booking. The door to the loft is equipped with a smart lock, and an access code will be provided to you prior to check-in for easy, secure entry. Enjoy the private porch directly off the unit, offering beautiful views of the marina and the scenic Quinnipiac River. In addition to the loft, you’ll have access to the coin-operated laundry machines on the property for your convenience. On-site staff will also be available during working hours to assist with anything you may need. While there is a dedicated parking space for the loft, please note that the parking lot is shared with marina customers and restaurant guests.
