Welcome to your home base for mountain adventures! ~800 square feet of colorful, mid-60’s A-frame. Enter into a double-height living room with exposed wood ceiling, open king-bed sleeping loft above and fully-stocked kitchenette below. There is a second bedroom and bathroom on the ground level. Your hosts are vintage sci-fi fans and artists, with influences and work throughout the place. The space Triangle House is located on a fully fenced and gated 6000 square foot private lot with natural rock terracing and established trees. The paved driveway and front patio provide stair-free access to the space. We're frequently updating the space with fun ongoing decor projects and home improvements! Our current area of work is the back yard, we have just added a barrel sauna and supply shed, and have other plans back here as well! Please mind the progress. Guest access The property is located in a quiet neighborhood of primarily A-frame cottages at the edge of town, with sweeping mountain views all around. Triangle House has street parking for one vehicle, where we require you to park if your vehicle leaks oil, and driveway space for two full size vehicles or one RV within the combination-lockable gate. Access to the home is keyless with a code available to you prior to your trip. Other things to note Please let us know the number of guests so we can provide adequate linens and towels for your stay. We may allow additional guests beyond our recommended 4 with an additional fee, please message us to inquire prior to booking. There is a penalty for undisclosed overnight guests over the limit. We don't have the space listed as suitable for infants and children largely because of the steep ships ladder to the loft that requires three points of contact at all times. This is also tricky for folks with bad knees! There's a ground level bedroom as well. If we have availability we may allow early check in or late check out, please message us to verify. For very early or late (2+ hours) there may be a small fee, prorated to the nightly rate. We love pets! We understand how great it can be to have them with you on vacation. We expect guests to clean up all pet waste and take full responsibility for any damages. Dogs must be attended by their person when they are out in the yard. By booking you agree to these terms.
