With 3 totally empty bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms there is tons of space for you and your sleeping bags! This home is located next to the Shawnee National Forest, ideal for eclipse viewing and being just 4 minutes from Carbondale University, you are never far from the action. The space Upstairs there are three unfurnished bedrooms total, one master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, and full bathroom, towels will be provided. Downstairs there is a large unfurnished living room with a TV, full kitchen (some pots and pans, disposable plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery provided), washer and dryer. There is NO WIFI Guest access The house has its own driveway with plenty of parking. Other things to note There is a long term tenant that lives in the other side of the duplex that is very respectful.
