Guest access Our guests will have exclusive access to the entire home. There is no shared space whatsoever; the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area- both bathrooms, bedrooms, fenced-in yard, patio, backyard, pool, pool deck, front yard, etc. The only area that we ask that you do not use is the two large outdoor storage sheds and the separate gated side entrance which is located on the southern side of the home, as it is occupied. Our wonderful long-term tenant with legally signed lease agreement resides there and the gated area is their separate entrance/exit. Other things to note The backyard that is covered in a beautiful floral design that is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. As you step outside, you'll find an above-ground pool that is perfect for a refreshing swim on a hot summer day. The pool is surrounded by a spacious deck, where you can sunbathe and soak up some rays. For the cooler nights, gather around the outdoor fire chiminea and roast marshmallows with your loved ones. You can also cook up a delicious meal on the gas grill and enjoy it on the outdoor patio table and chairs. This area is perfect for outdoor dining while enjoying the "ahhhmazing" super sweet local corn on the cob. Children will love the selection of pool toys available for them to play with and catching fireflies at dusk is a favorite pastime. There's also a huge public library with SO much to offer kids /grown-ups within walking distance, and a school yard playground w/ swing set, and basketball court across the street.
