We want to share our "Hideaway" with you! The Hi-Point Hideaway was designed to bring friends and families together in a private and relaxing environment. This home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, an open living room and a roomy kitchen. This second floor home is full of windows making it bright, airy and perfect to savor sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy playing games, watching tv and all the fun shore adventures you can plan while staying in this charming and cozy home. The space This property is an older house and shows signs of its age but it is clean and perfect for a group on a budget not looking for anything too fancy or expensive. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with cozy linens, Smart TV's (no cable, only streaming apps) and comfy mattresses (1 King Size Bed and 1 Queen Size Bed). KITCHEN: The kitchen is complete with cooking items, utensils, range and oven, microwave, coffee maker, full-size fridge, and a table to seat 4. LIVING ROOM: The large open living room has a sofa with a pull out bed. There is a Smart TV, a foosball table, and other games to keep friends and family entertained. Enjoy the sunroom entrance at the front of the house to play the foosball table. BATHROOMS: This home has 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. LOCATION: This property is not within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, but it is a short drive! ADDITIONAL NOTES: The temperature is regulated for the entire property and set to an average appropriate temperature based on the season. There are no temperature controls within the unit. During the summer season, there are air conditioner window units, and the home does have ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom. Guest access ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests have access to the complete upper level of the property. -Please keep in mind that this is a multi unit home and there are other private units in the lower portion of the home. -All units have their own private entrances and do not have any areas leading into one another. -This is the 2nd level of the home and there are stairs to enter. -There is a staircase off the kitchen and door at the bottom of the stairs that leads to the basement where the utilities are and where our cleaning supplies are stored. -There is a gate at the top of the stairs for safety. This door does not lead to any other units and will remain locked during your stay. Guests DO NOT have access to the basement. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYLESS ENTRY: -Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -There is no driveway or designated parking area. -Vehicles must park on the street. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -Please be advised of street cleanings that take place on biweekly Thursdays of the month. -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence. MAIL: -Please do not ship items to the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property. ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic. SECURITY: -The home is protected by exterior ring camera security. Other things to note HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Hi-Point Hideaway", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments. RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES: -If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings. -Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees. -Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments. -Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Please review before booking. -Airbnb Trip Protection suggested for added coverage. OTHER DETAILS: -Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable.
