We hope that you enjoy the space as much as we do. This ADU (Auxilory Dwelling Unit) is attached to our 1936 Tudor style home but is entirely separate.You have a private porch and entrance. This 600 square foot apartment/ADU was built with the highest quality in view. Here is a list of features our builder included in a description of the space on his website (baudesignbuild.com). The attached replaces a preexisting garage. Stylistically the ADU integrates seamlessly into the English Tudor home. High quality finishes and attention to details made this project a real success. Finishes included are; fir windows and trim, fir doors, solid brass hardware, solid oak floors and staircase, wrought iron baluster, polished concrete floors, built-in book case, tiled bathroom and all custom English country-kitchen.
