The space The Dover Dreamer offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty, creating a peaceful haven for a fun and relaxing stay. ● Open living room with working fireplace and integrated workstation This inviting living area harmoniously blends comfort and functionality, providing the perfect environment for relaxation and productivity. Fireplace instructions are located in the house manual and we do not provide firewood. ● Kitchen has ample counter space, updated appliances/cookware, drip coffee maker, and Keurig (coffee pods and coffee provided). ● Family room has pull-out sofa sleepers for the children. Bedding is found in the chaise lounge, closets, and family room. A 55" Ultra HD TV takes center stage, offering a cinematic experience with a plethora of streaming channels to use with your account, or, select a DVD from the selection of DVD's provided. Board games and books located on the shelves next to the fireplace. ●The bedrooms, each have a queen bed, walk-in closets providing ample storage space with extra blankets/ pillows/fans, and TV with Roku. Guests use their own streaming accounts so there are no surprises to your viewing suggestions. ●Fenced backyard with firepit invites relaxing under the stars. Lush fruit trees and aromatic herb beds create a garden oasis, infusing the air with natural freshness. A wood swing offers a tranquil perch, while the patio beckons for leisurely relaxation. Within a short walking distance is the Dover Bay Resort and Marina, with public beach access for swimming, watercraft rental, Dish restaurant, and small market. Surrounding you are over 9 miles of walking and bike trails. Take a walk around the quaint little town of Dover and Dover Bay. The Sandpoint bike path will take you 3 miles into Sandpoint for shopping, beaches, or night life. Schweitzer Mountain Resort is located 25 minutes (15 miles) away. Silverwood Themepark is located 46 minutes (33.1 miles) away. Guest access Limit 1 pet under 50lbs per reservation. Depending on the breed (and size), we may make exceptions, please send an inquiry. Guests will have access to the entire home, front of the home, and fully fenced private backyard with private firepit. During the mid to late summer months, guests are invited to enjoy some of the many berries from the berry bushes in the backyard, such as blueberries, Goji berries, and Josta berries. We do not use chemical herbicides or pesticides on our berry bushes or trees! Because of that, you will come across bugs outside and there may be some weeds that pop up before we can get to them. Please refrain from leaving the doors open to prevent bugs from entering the house. During the summer months we provide citronella candles to use on the patio, as well as mosquito repellant. We also welcome guests to enjoy the plumbs and apples from the low branches of the Dreamers trees that usually ripen late summer to early fall. A fun adventure picking fresh fruit with children right in the back and front yard. Other things to note There are "four (4) motion activated outdoor surveillance cameras". One camera is facing the front parking area, another the front porch, and the other 2 cameras are facing the private alley behind the Dreamer (not for guest use), "neither camera" is facing any private guest access area, i.e. no cameras in the backyard, no cameras inside the home, etc. We value your privacy and safety. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Available for nightly, weekly, and monthly. Bring your own wood for the outside firepit and the inside fireplace. BBQ is a dual unit and operates with propane gas (provided) and briquettes (BYO). Beach towels for use at the beach are provided during the summer months only. Please make sure they make it back to the Dreamer when the fun in the sun is done for the day. During the summer months, please do not leave the doors open to prevent outside bugs from entering the home.
