The top 4 steps do not have a handrail, only a solid wall. The bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. If you have mobility challenges and require a full handrail, this home should not be your first choice. No Extra Cleaning Fees! **Our housekeeping team will take care of the laundry, cleaning, and disinfecting. If the house is left in an extra messy state, we will charge for extra cleaning which will be determined by the length of time it takes for our housecleaner to reset the home to our standards. We kindly ask that you leave the house in the same general condition it was in when you arrived and follow our stress-free Check Out Instructions, which are: 1. Leave the beds unmade and place soiled towels in a pile on the bathroom floor to be counted; 2. Discard opened food and start a dishwasher load upon leaving; 3. Collect all inside garbage and place garbage and recycling curbside, as detailed in our House Manual; 4. Return parking permits and remotes to the coffee table; 5. Turn off lights, fans, AC units, and in set thermostat to 55 in the winter; 6. Lock all windows and doors, and close the blinds. 7. Take all of your personal belongings with you. Do not leave anything in the house that was not there when you arrived.
