This unique lake home is located on one acre( Lake Winneconne) and is also bordered by the channel. Seasonal pier jets out in to the lake providing off the dock swimming, canoeing, fishing and more. Purple Martins arrive April 15th until July. Winter activities include ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and more. Large area for horse shoes, bocce ball, fire pit a small koi and goldfish pond, with a total of 3 ponds! Home has great lake views from the living room and 2 of the bedroom The space 3 BEDROOM PLUS QUEEN BED IN LIVING AREA Other things to note I am 94 years old and will be on site in a room off the main house. I will use a bathroom from time to time, but have my own fridge etc..
