Located on Main Street, our condo is close to all that Fish Creek has to offer: restaurants | shopping | outdoor activities | festivals | boating - all within walking distance or a short drive. Park your car in our 2 reserved spaces and put on your hiking boots to explore Peninsula State Park just a few hundred yards away. The space When you walk in, you'll see a spacious foyer that leads to the kitchen in straight ahead and the living room to the right. The living room has 2 love seats and a chair plus a couple of ottomans to kick your feet up while watching TV and the fire in the fireplace beneath it. The kitchen has an island where there is enough room for 3-4 chairs plus a dining room table that can seat 6 comfortably and with some space sharing, up to 8. There is also a balcony off of the dining area that overlooks the other condos in the HOA. It's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the evening weather. The primary bedroom upstairs consists of a California king-sized bed, 2 closets, an attached full bath and a balcony overlooking the main road through Fish Creek. There is also a TV for your viewing pleasure. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet and desk. A full bath is just steps from the door to the bedroom. Laundry room with washer & dryer is directly across from the 2nd bedroom upstairs. When you enter the basement, the 3rd bedroom is to the left which has queen bed and closet. To the right is a TV room with a couple of chairs and a canoodle couch. It's a great room for kids to watch their favorite shows before you head out for the day. Feel free to store your bikes and other items in the attached garage off of the basement TV room. The garage itself can fit small to medium-sized cars only, as it's a smaller garage. Guest access You are welcome to use all of the condo and the balconies. Feel free to make yourself at home. Whether you’re coming with your family, kids, or a gathering with friends this 3 BR, 3.5BA tri-level turnkey condo has all you need to enjoy your vacation. It’s perfect for a weekend getaway, family vacation, or extended stay and has all you need to make wonderful memories with the ones you love. For those with young children, we also provide a and a high chair. Your dog(s) may come and enjoy the fun too for a fee of $300; max of two dogs. This cozy condo is air-conditioned for those in DC. We supply bathroom and kitchen towels, hairdryers, bedroom linens and dish / hand soap. Also included is a starter roll of paper towels as well as toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom).
