The space Arrive through the ground-floor entrance into the game room. Head up to the great-room-style living room. Feast your eyes on the forest view through the floor-to-cathedral-ceiling windows of this tri-level, 2,500-square-feet, family-friendly fun headquarters. Stretch out on comfy leather furniture. Socialize with the group in seating that surrounds the round fireplace (unlimited firewood provided). Or challenge one of your companions to a game of pool. Enjoy the charming rustic décor with touches of Ukrainian culture. Create a mood with the old-school Victrola record player and vinyl albums. Enjoy winter and summer weather with comfort: we have both central heating and AC throughout the cabin. Soak in a 6 person hot tub enjoying private location and unobstructed sky view. Please note hot tub hours are 8 am - 10 pm due to quiet hours in our community. Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen featuring the choice of the best chefs – a gas stove. We’ve been told the kitchen provides everything you could need for cooking. You’ll find a toaster, breadmaker, rice cooker, blender, electric kettle, and a refrigerator that dispenses filtered water and ice. Dine seated on 10 barstools around the island. Grab your morning beverage from the coffee station with both an espresso machine and a Keurig coffeemaker. Get ready for fun and relaxing outdoor time as you step out onto the large deck. Prepare delicious meals on the gas grill (with provided propane) and enjoy dining at the large table with eight comfortable chairs. Treat yourself to a nap in one of two hammocks, or enjoy the view from the rocking chairs. A sail covering provides shade and keeps you out of direct sunlight. When you’re ready for action, check out the ninja course, trampoline and swings. For indoor fun, head down to the lower-level game room with air hockey, foosball, darts, Pac Man Arcade and a massage chair. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of the handy half-bath on that floor. As you’re heading out for fun in the snow or at a lakeside beach, grab snow sleds, inflatables, or beach chairs from the lower-level closet. You’ll love the convenience of a washer and dryer on the ground floor. When it’s time for rest after a fun-packed day, head to the well-appointed bedrooms. Choose one of the main floor’s three bedrooms: – Master bedroom with queen-size bed and Samsung 40” Smart TV with Fire stick TV (host-provided Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Prime Video) – Second bedroom with two full-size beds – Third bedroom with twin over-full bunk beds and Emerson 30” Smart TV with Roku (host-provided Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max). You’ll also find a convenient full bath on the main floor with tub-shower combo and double vanity sinks. On the upstairs level - bedroom, a queen-size bed awaits, along with a full bathroom with double sinks plus walk-in shower. Make the most of the multi-use loft that provides a sleeping space, media room, office space, and a play area for kids. The loft provides a twin-size daybed with twin trundle. Please note, there is no privacy wall, but it’s quite secluded and not visible from the main floor. We also provide a pull-out sofa with a queen size mattress on the second loft. Please note, we have a central heating and AC on the ground and second floor. On the third floor we have mini split systems in bedroom and lofts, which have both heat and cool modes. We also have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and kitchen. You’ll discover entertainment galore in the media room, featuring two super-comfortable leather recliners, Xbox, Xfinity TV, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney + (all host-provided) and DVD player with lots of movies. The kids will love their own special area with toys and games, including board and computer games. If you have work-from-home needs, you’ll appreciate the loft’s office space, Apple monitor, keyboard, and mouse, as well as the speedy WiFi. Guests rave about the cabin’s spaciousness and how well equipped the cabin is, with everything from kitchen supplies to games. Please note 12 people is the maximum occupancy, including children above 2 year old. If you have more than 12 people, please consider other house, as we won’t be able to accommodate. You’ll appreciate the quiet neighborhood and plentiful wildlife, such as bears, deer, turkeys, hares, and even bobcats. Other things to note Property is protected by 4 security cameras outdoors, 3 facing the driveway and entrance on the ground floor and the other one facing firewood and trampoline area. Please respect our neighbors: no outside noise after 10 pm and no trespassing their territories. We are part of HOA community - quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am are strictly enforced. By renting this house, you agree to follow this rule. No parties allowed, per Airbnb regulations. If quite hours won’t be respected and/or we get complains from the neighbors during the quite hours, your party will be asked to leave & unused nights will not be refunded. We take no party requirements very seriously. It’s a quite neighborhood and we respect our neighbor’s right to enjoy it. Pets upon approval only. 3 pets max. $50 pet fee applies. Maximum parking for 4 vehicles. Because this is a mountain cabin, be prepared for mountain weather. Chains and/or 4-wheel drive are required to access home via steep driveway in winter time. During snow season, the driveway will be plowed when 4" of snow falls, but we cannot guarantee that the public roads will be cleared in the same manner. No refunds will be available for winter conditions, but in case of power outages we have a fully automatic generator for the whole house. We’re also providing shovels and sand.
