Come stay for a cozy getaway in the charming town of Liberty! House is within walking distance of Liberty square, Hammerhand Coffee, Price Chopper, Family Tree Nursery, Quiktrip, etc. 20 min to downtown Kansas City. 19 min to stadiums. 23 min to airport. Family-friendly space. There’s a baby crib in a closet, just let me know if you need it set up ahead of time. The house is 100 years old, so it has lots of creaks and character, but I keep it maintained and clean for my wonderful guests! The space 2 bedrooms, the main one has a queen bed as well as a couch that pulls out into a single bed. There are linens in the top of the main bedroom's dresser drawer for the single bed & an extra pillow & clean pillowcase in the 2nd bedroom closet. There's an extra blanket in the 2nd bedroom as well. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed, a study desk, & story books for kids. The living room has a TV, a couch, & 2 comfortable chairs. The couch is a futon; the back rest folds back to create a double bed. The couch is sitting on risers so you can lift it off of those if you prefer when using it as a bed. Sheets for the futon are in the top left drawer of the media cabinet under the TV. The bathroom has a full tub & shower. The dining room has a beautiful piano built in the 1900's & a table that can seat 4 people. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking/baking. Coffee & cream provided. The kitchen doors lead to a large deck area with chairs as well as a small table & chairs. Guest access All spaces are accessible except the basement. Other things to note My neighbors go to bed early, please do not be loud after 8:30pm. If you are loud or have more than 6 guests, my neighbors will report that information to me & I will leave a bad review. If I smell smoke or marijuana, I will charge you extra money & leave a bad review. Bad reviews can get you kicked off of AirBnB.
