There are three bedrooms upstairs (queen, full and twin, and twin and twin XL) and a small loft space with an additional twin daybed, laundry and two bathrooms upstairs. There is plenty of space for parking of vehicles, boats, etc. Wi-fi is on-site with a 5G connection. The property is pet friendly however pets are not allowed on the furniture nor in the upstairs bedrooms and they must not be left unattended in my home. Guest access About 6 minutes to a gas station and about a 10 minute drive to a either of the two grocery stores. Other things to note The house has wi-fi but more importantly the property is convenient for boating or hiking at Farm Island State Park, fishing on Lake Oahe, Hipple Lake or the Missouri River, golfing at Hillsview, hunting throughout the area or enjoying the “Christmas at the Capitol” from Thanksgiving through Christmas. There is easy access since it is located on SD -34, a main highway.
