The first level has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom, the kitchen and living area with an outdoor deck facing the water and dock. The upper level has the master king suite with a deck looking out to the water and 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a king bed. Other things to note Considering this home is managed by a property management company, an additional rental agreement will be required before booking is confirmed. If you choose not to sign the additional agreement, you are welcome to cancel your booking without penalty. This agreement will outline standard vacation rental leases for our area including the cancellation policy that is enforced and approved with Airbnb although it may differ from Airbnb's cancellation policy. This will also provide you with more information about the home, pet agreement (if applicable) and contact information in case of an emergency.
