The Lucky Duck has multiple seating areas throughout the home, which allows members of your group to spend time together & also have the option to relax on their own. This elevated two-story home offers a PRIVATE saltwater pool, which can be heated for an additional fee*, with ample lounging areas both in and out of the sun. The pool itself is covered from above providing respite from the summer sun, while ample lounge space extending beyond the pool allows you the freedom to choose whether or not you catch some rays. Parents can relax and work on that gorgeous summer tan while not having to worry about the little ones getting a sunburn. Even a rainy day won't be able to keep you away! With amazing views from almost everywhere in the home, you are sure to feel that sweet coastal vibe. Whether you are lounging on the sundeck, laying in your bed, or eating a meal with your loved ones, the sights and sounds of the ocean waves will be right there. We offer a fully-stocked kitchen so you can cook all your meals if you so choose. We also provide all necessary linens and basic toiletries so you don't need to take up extra space in your luggage. You're toughest decision of the day will be whether to frolic on the beach with the kids, watch the waves come ashore from the sun deck, read a good book near the ocean, or lounge all day by the pool. The living area begins on the second story. You must climb stairs to enter the home. **MINIMUM STAY DURING PEAK SEASON IS 7 DAYS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY** The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation. ***BUNK BEDS IN KIDS ROOM*** Be advised that our cleaners do not physically make the bunk beds, though all linens and bedding are provided.
