Washer and dryer located in basement along with another living space. House includes 3 full sized beds and 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We allow dogs with a 25 dollar fee for the first pet and a 25 dollar fee for each additional pet. The space Along with a detached 2 car garage with plenty more parking, enjoy the backyard with a stamped patio and chairs to drink your morning coffee (we have a Kurig and a variety of coffees) in private. We offer a brand new grill to our guests if hamburgers and hotdogs are on the menu. With three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, there is plenty of room for everybody. You will have the entire house to yourself. The kitchen table seats 2, but there is a 6 foot table that you can easily set up in the living area with extra folding chairs. Guest access Plenty of parking on the property. Along with the 2 car detached garage, there is a spot for another car just north of the garage on cement. Other things to note Upon request we have a newborn bathtub, and infant seat, a toilet training potty, and a Graco Pack n Play. Just let us know what you want/need and we will have it ready for you.
