Open, comfortable, artistic beach house, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Ideal home base for anything you want to do in Santa Cruz. Two blocks from the beach in a charming, quiet neighborhood and a short drive to Downtown, the Boardwalk or Capitola Village. We have plenty of things to entertain the whole family. Hot tub, basketball hoop, ping pong table, Sonos music system, Xfinity DVD with all the channels, Apple TV with a great movie library and an Xbox with plenty of games. We also have a cupboard full of board games and puzzles and a small selection of books Gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen aid, coffee maker and granite countertops and an outside BBQ let's you take advantage of the fresh local food available if you feel like cooking at home. There is a wonderful Farmer's market just down the road on Sundays. Otherwise there is no shortage of delicious restaurants right outside the door. We have ample parking and a Tesla charger attached to the garage. The whole house is yours! We will be available if needed assuming we are not out of town but are always reachable by phone. Our neighborhood is charming and quiet. Family oriented and outdoorsy. 4 parking spots on property. This is a home we use often so there will be no need to buy things like ketsup or olive oil, we are happy to share with you. The house can get a bit cold in the winter, we have portable space heaters which will warm the room right up. Living at the beach is a sandy experience, please wash your feet off after returning from the beach there is a faucet right at the path entrance and please rinse before using the hot tub there is a shower by the garage door. We understand that it is impossible to keep all the sand away. We have a couple rusty old beat up beach cruisers which you are welcome to use for a ride along the coast or to get about town. We love being able to park the car for our stay there. The neighborhood is quiet, please respect the neighbors and this charming neighborhood.
