The space This two story condo is perfectly laid out to provide your family/group of friends space to spread out and enjoy the mountains. The townhome was just updated in July 2023 with many new amenities to make it feel more like home than ever! Sit back and enjoy a warm fire in the gas fireplace, cozy up to a movie under the vaulted ceiling on a large TV, or take a relaxing plunge in your private hot tub (cleaned between every single guest). Our condo is very family friendly, so we have tons of toys, children's books, games, a pack n play, and children's DVD's...which means less packing for you! Kitchen -Fully equipped with all the supplies required to entertaining the largest of families. You will have everything you need to make 3 tasty meals a day (minus the groceries). If you need a break from cooking after a day of adventuring, walk the 2 blocks to downtown Winter Park where you can choose from a variety of restaurants. We are located just a 5 minute drive from a large grocery store (Safeway). We provide a coffee maker + filters & french press, so all you need to bring is your desired coffee grounds. Bedrooms: Ground floor/entrance: has 2 en-suite bedrooms; primary suite with a king size as well as a bunk bed- twin/twin. The perfect family suite! The second ground floor bedroom has a queen bed. Both ground floor rooms have an attached private bath. Second floor: has a 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed as well as a pack n play crib in the closet. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The living room/dinning room, kitchen and sun room are all located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings. Guests with babies/toddlers - we have a Pack n Play, high chair, toys, books and children’s dishes on site for your little ones needs. Our unit is very family friendly. Hot Tub: Nothing beats a dip in a warm indoor hot tub after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, ATV, or whatever crazy adventuring you are enjoying in the Winter Park area. The tub was new in 2020 and is right inside the front entrance, it’s private and fully cleaned by a certified hot tub maintenance company between every single guest.
