We have been renovating this 100 year old farm house and invite you to come and enjoy the scenery. All rooms have been updated. Starlink internet available for guests. Lake Jocassee and Keowee are 2-3 miles away and provide access to boating and more. Chickens may occasionally roam the property. In case of concerns please let us know. Please declare the number of guests in your party so we can plan and prepare accordingly. All rooms have been updated. Home has central heating and cold air. Kitchen and Bathroom are are stocked with the essentials The small bedroom has a full size bed, sleeping 2 comfortably. The larger bedroom has a queen bed, plus a twin sized day bed with trundle underneath. The living room has a futon which converts into a full sized bed. *Please note* we have 2 security cameras on the outside of the home. * good wifi via StarLink * Pets are generally not recommended due to horses being on the pastures and chickens occasionally roaming the area. We have made some exceptions for accommodation and charge a $25/day pet fee in those cases for reasonable and respectful owners. please reach out to us to discuss. VERY IMPORTANT: Please clean up after your pets. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Bed rooms and living room have been updated. Kitchen and Bathroom are next ( no active construction/renovations projects are happening while you are staying with us but please keep this in mind, not all parts of this home have been updated yet).
