Our unique property is home to popular gift boutique, Pulp & Circumstance (downstairs) and has 2 beautiful attic rooms for rent (upstairs). This gem is the perfect place for a visit to Newberg and the OR wine country. This listing is for both our private rooms, giving you the entire upstairs guest loft and bathroom to yourself. Each room features a comfy queen sized bed and sitting area. One of bedrooms also has a sofa bed (full sized bed). Our spaces are decorated with a vintage modern theme and a focus on tranquility, the space feels unique and relaxing. There is a private full sized bathroom in the hallway, outside of the bedrooms. We provide cozy robes, luxury linens and all the amenities you would expect in a high end hotel. Guests have access to a fully stocked breakfast nook with a mini fridge, microwave, and keurig with coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Enjoy peace, quiet and privacy, as you will have the entire place (upstairs and downstairs boutique) to yourself in the evenings. By day, have fun exploring our little shop downstairs and the 10+ tasting rooms that are right outside your door. Hop in a car, and you are minutes away from the entire OR wine country with over 300 wineries and some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. Guest access Our guests will be given a keyless entry code to enter the house and their private room at their convenience. Parking is easily available on the street, right outside. Other things to note The two private guest rooms & private bathroom are located upstairs, above our boutique. The boutique is open from 10am-6pm and the hallway to access the space is open to the shop below. Customers do not have access to the upstairs, however a staff office is also located upstairs and accessible from the shared hallway during shop hours.
