My place is 4 min to Lake Nockamixon where you can hike, bike, fish, kayak, paddleboard. Secluded on 10 acres. If you love the outdoors You’ll love my place. We are very close to the DE river, NYC, PHILLY, NEW HOPE, BETHLEHEM and DOYLESTOWN. There is great food in all directions! You can access all the Parks hiking trails 2 minutes from the house. There is also a fire pit outback for winter months. Also, if you have a wedding the Lake House Inn is about 3 minutes by car across the lake. The space MY PLACE HAS A GREAT WIDE OPEN FLOOR PLAN WITH A MASTER BEDROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR, THERE IS A SECOND MASTER UPSTAIRS. THE PATIO IS VERY SECLUDED GREAT FOR BIRD WATCHING OR RELAXING.
