With an open plan living area the property further offers 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom, with luxury superkingsize ViSpring bed and bathroom being on the ground floor. A further bedroom is found on the first floor along with a second toilet. The upstairs bedroom offers scope to be set up as a kingsize bed or twin beds, with a sofa bed option also being available for upstairs providing option of 3 single beds in this room. A travel cot is available to be set up in either bedroom. The property sleeps up to 4 adults comfortably, 5 if child on sofa bed or in travel cot. A stair gate at the top of the stairs is provided. A large 2 tier decked terrace area is accessible through patio doors directly from the main living area and provides outside seating area, sun loungers, gas barbecue (summer only) and a luxury Jacuzzi hot tub (year round) heated to 38 degrees Celsius and which is emptied and refilled between guests and maintained by us to the highest standard. The feature lit all weather canopy over the lower deck and hot tub area and the provision of luxury waffle dressing gowns (for adults only) ensure you stay warm and cosy all year round and provide the perfect environment for relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. Beyond the decked area is laid to grass and wood chippings and ideal for children and/or dogs to be able to run around safely. Large pine trees on one side of the garden ensure an area of shade at all times. The north facing garden attracts the sun from early afternoon through into the evening making it the perfect space to relax after a morning exploring all that the area has to offer. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our accommodation and the attention to detail we provide (see reviews). All bedding, towels (for property, beach and hot tub) as well as luxury branded waffle dressing gowns ( adults only) for use around the hot tub are supplied. We also provide all guests with a welcome hamper of local produce, teas, coffees and fresh milk to name but a few. If you are planning a stay to celebrate a birthday or anniversary then do let us know and we will put a banner on the hot tub canopy ahead of your arrival (no charge). Age appropriate toys can be provided for the children as well as a travel cot, stair gate and high chair on request. High speed WiFi is provided. The front of the property provides off street parking for 2 cars. Up to 3 well behaved dogs are welcome to holiday with you (beach is dog friendly all year round). Dog crate available on request. * Whilst time with family is precious we recall only too well how there may be occasions when you may prefer some time away from your children. Our daughter, who works in Childcare and real animal lover has been working in childcare for over 10 years ( nurseries and nannying) is available to babysit or dog sit by prior arrangement. Where same day checkin/outs are concerned this does mean that, when air temperature is particularly low that the hot tub may not be fully heated until the morning after arrival. We have double heaters on our hot tub ensuring water is heated up as fast as possible. Hot tub checks are conducted regularly to ensure compliance with all regulations are adhered to. Whilst we will do everything possible to ensure the hot tub is fully functioning throughout the duration of your stay this cannot be guaranteed where there are circumstances outside of our control ie power failure, and is not grounds for a cancellation or refund. We may on occasion offer up to £20 per night as compensation should the hot tub be out of action through no fault of your own. The property will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised to meet all guidelines around Covid-19 ahead of your arrival. We have been awarded the Visit England kite mark and take the safety of our guests and ourselves seriously.
