The place is located in a quiet neighborhood called Greensboro. It is close to Arkansas State University(1 mile), St. Bernard's, NEA Baptist Hospital and the historic Downtown and connection the new “city within a city(accessible via sidewalk), It is also close to Brookland and Paragould, AR. Pets must be in carrier when owner isn’t present. Host lives on the property next door. We are very approachable if a need arises. The space The location is very quiet and great for longer term rentals. NOTE: Host exact location will be visible after a booking has been confirmed. The house is private for the comfort of our guests. Hosts are just right next door if any need arises. Bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, ceiling fan, lamp and walk-in closet (located beside the bathroom). Sitting room, which can be used as a second bedroom, has a futon, a full hide-a-bed, and a folding table with two or four chairs. The space is comfortable for up to three guests in two separate rooms. Kitchen is equipped with sink, new microwave, refrigerator, electric stove top, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer/dryer with laundry soap, pots/pans, dishes--all you'll need to prepare a meal.
