Our 48 square meter villa was remodeled in 2018. Boasting its own private courtyard and private entrance, the villa is located in the heart of the city (across from Post Office). Everything you need is within walking distance: the beach, covered and open-air markets, charming shopping streets, a grocery store, restaurants, the train station, and more. Surprisingly calm despite its’ central location, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better pied-a-terre for your stay in this lovely town. The space An oasis of calm in the heart of the city You will access the villa via a private southern oriented courtyard, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a large, adjustable sun umbrella. This space is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, relaxing with a book, having a glass of wine at night, or enjoying your meals al fresco :) From the courtyard, you enter into the living room, complete with a brand new Scandinavian-inspired sofa that converts into a 140x200cm bed with a top-of-the-line mattress. The Sony television is connected to a Freebox, giving you access to a wide range of channels. A modern, American-styled kitchen looks onto the living area and is equipped with a ceramic stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine, and washing machine. The integrated dining area seats 4 people. Off of the kitchen, you’ll find the master bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200cm) complete with a high-quality mattress and pillows (Memory Foam pillows available). Double pane windows help ensure that you'll enjoy a good night's sleep. A large dresser and a hanging space will allow you to easily and neatly store your clothes. An integrated storage space under the bed provides an ideal spot to store your suitcases so that you can take full advantage of every inch of the villa. Sheets and towels are provided. Bed will be made prior to your arrival. The bathroom consists of a sleek italien-style shower and a double sink. The toilet is independent from the bathroom. Guest access 2 adult bikes are available upon demand (can be parked in a private courtyard), perfect for discovering the Dune du Pilat, for venturing to Pereire or for heading to Gujan Mestras for oyster tasting!
