The Keromer Gite The space Welcome to the Gîtes Keromer, composed of the Gîte de l 'O and the Gîte de Céan. Our cottages offer the perfect accommodation for large groups and families looking to recharge, get together and/or work, if necessary discreetly. They are therefore accessible for all family holidays, wedding, birthday party, seminar/congress, management committee and board of companies, sports associations... Located in the heart of nature, close to the sea, our group accommodations are nestled near a charming coastal village known for its fishing port! They are composed of nine furnished bedrooms with bathrooms or private showers, six with bathrooms or bathrooms and private toilets integrated, one bedroom with shower room and private toilet on landing and two bedrooms with shared bathrooms and toilets. In addition, two of the nine rooms have an equipped kitchenette. The cottages bring you all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay up to 30 people including 30 people. To satisfy your stay, each room is equipped with a SMART TV, allowing you to entertain and relax with peace of mind. In particular, the O gite has a dining area and a table that can accommodate 30 guests. You can relax in the living room or in our reading area by the open fire during cold periods. With a large fully equipped open kitchen, you will have everything you need to prepare delicious meals and share convivial moments. Whether you want to enjoy an invigorating breakfast before a day of exploring or making a dinner using local products, these practical and functional spaces are at your disposal. It has an outdoor veranda terrace, ideal place to meet and entertain, while being safe from the weather. With stunning views of our beautiful pool area of 5x10 meters under the dome. Within this pool area, you can relax in the crystal clear water while enjoying the outdoor climate. The pool is heated to 28 degrees and has a security shutter to offer you comfort and peace of mind. We have provided you with physical training equipment, namely an elliptical bike, a stepper and an abdos bar. For lovers of natural swimming, our pool uses a salt treatment system, offering a refreshing and chemical-free experience that is aggressive to the skin. Around the pool, our vast garden grounds invites you to relax on the deckchairs, to organize alfresco meals thanks to our enclosed garden furniture and to enjoy barbecues with family or friends. Finally, a ping-pong table and a table football table are provided. The Gite de Céan has two fully equipped kitchen areas, perfect for families and/or groups who love to cook together while maintaining their independence. Each kitchen is thoughtfully furnished, providing everything you need to prepare your meals. Whether you want to prepare an invigorating breakfast before a day of exploring or making a dinner using local products, these convenient and functional spaces are at your disposal. All hot water production meets energy saving standards by setting up thermal water balloons with heat pumps. Les Gîtes Keromer offers the ability to modulate according to your preferences. Indoor spaces can be reorganized and reconfigured to meet your specific needs. Whether you are a large family looking for extra space, a group of friends who want to enjoy by coming together or a Company and/or an Association wanting to gather in all discretion, our modular cottage is there to fulfill your wishes. Les Gîtes Keromer are close to the sea and the Ria d 'Etel and allow you to indulge in a multitude of nautical activities such as swimming, diving, fishing, paddle boarding, sailing, etc. As well as hiking or biking or simply relaxing on the beach or on the banks of the Ria. Other exciting activities accessible by car are also offered within a radius of 15 km such as horse riding, golf, jet skiing, tree climbing and playground, etc. The village of Etel is located at the crossroads of several well-known tourist cities: Carnac, Quiberon, Vannes, Auray and Lorient. Allowing a departure for the islands such as Belle Île en Mer, Houat, Groix, Ile aux Moines... On request, a linen and bath service, a catering service including breakfast on request and also creperie and food-truck are available.
