Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place located right on the Mississippi River. The views are fabulous no matter what time of year you chose to visit the scenery along with eagles, pelicans, ducks & geese there is always something to watch. Our area offers so many family friendly places to visit not to mention fun things for an adult getaway also! The space The views from the living room in Pelican Paradise are amazing you may just want to sit all day & watch the river flow by! Not only can you relax from the comfort inside the home and watch the river roll by but the deck, patio & Adirondack chairs around the fire pit also offer those amazing views of the river. The spacious front porch also allows for plenty of outdoor entertaining also. Guest access We have a boat dock on the property & our guests are more than welcome to bring a fishing pole & try there hand at fishing. If space allows on our dock you also may bring your boat along. There is a public boat launch just 5 minutes from the property & we have room to park the boat trailer back at the house. Other things to note This home is very spacious & can definitely accommodate more than 6 guests but at this time we only have beds for 6 people although I can provide cots if needed. We are located 5 minutes from Port Byron & there are several places to eat & they are all very good! There is a Dollar General 2 minutes from this home so if there is anything you forgot to pack chances are they might have it!
